Submersible Jet Aerator

Submersible jet aerator, also called immersible aerator, is used for oxygen adding and sludge-water mixing of in aeration tank by self-priming. It can be installed underwater or fixed on floating matters.

How Submersible jet aerator Works?

The water pumped by the circulation pump passes through the main pipe and the inner nozzle to the mixing chamber, and the gas is sheared into tiny bubbles to form an oxygen-rich air-water mixture, and the air-water interlaced turbulent flow is horizontally emitted through the outer nozzle. The air-water mixture has both horizontal and vertical force, produces strong mixing in the pool, and carries the surrounding water to flow forward, forming a holistic mixing and circulation under the dual action of horizontal and vertical floating forces.

Applications

Submersible jet aerator is mainly used for oxygen supply in aeration tanks of wastewater treatment in the fields of leather, pulp and paper, chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and food processing, such as various activated sludge processes, oxidation ditch, oxidation pond or SBR; and municipal sewage treatment and sludge aerobic digestion. also can be used to control the nitrogen supply and nitrification by controlling the air supply.
