
QK Biological treatment plant is a packaged treatment system which utilizes activated sludge to consume contaminant in wastewater. Treatment process includes screening, EQ tank, hydrolysis acidification tank, aeration tank, sludge clarifiers, and disinfection.

Treatment process includes screening, EQ tank, hydrolysis acidification tank, aeration tank, sludge clarifiers, and disinfection. Pre-engineered modular components such as diffused air blowers, aeration tanks, and sludge holding tanks, clarifiers, and disinfection units allow for the package plants to be customized for the customer’s application.
Application
● Domestic sewage treatment: Hotel, restaurant, sanatorium.
● Some kinds of industrial effluent (similar to domestic sewage): hospital, pharmaceutical, washing, food industry, slaughterhouse.

How it works?
Production raw waste water --- go through a bar screen to remove bigger solids --flow to EQ Tank by gravity to store, equalize, and buffer the waste water being fed to treatment system --- Lift to hydrolysis acidification tank in which the molecular organic can degrade to biodegradable micro molecular organic --- flow to aeration basin by gravity to remove major COD and BOD --- flow to clarifiers by gravity to return and sediment activated sludge created in aeration basin --- flow into a water collection tank by gravity for disinfection --- Discharge
