MBR Treatment Plant

MBR（membrane bioreactor）treatment plant is a combination of a membrane process like microfiltration with a suspended growth bioreactor, with advantages of simple structure, energy saving, auto controlling , simple installation and lower cost. The membrane bioreactor consists of biological treatment process and membrane filter process.

How it works?

Inlet water goes through an anaerobic/ aerobic biological treatment after entering into membrane filter tank, where wastewater is filtered into solid and liquid by membrane. Our MBR treatment plant also equipped with auto controlling system for back washing and chemical cleaning, which ensures a high working efficiency and longer life span.

● Remove organics along with nitrogen and phosphorus.

1. Q: How to get the right model for my application?

A: Please inform us your water sources, inlet/outlet water quality, treatment capacity and foot-print area (we can provide free water sample test).

2. Q: How about your payment terms?

A: Both T/T and L/C are available, normally 30% T/T as down payment, the rest can be payed before delivery.

3. Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: That’s depends, normally 4~6weeks.

4. Q: What’s your package?

A: Standard exporting package.

5. Q: How to install and start the MBR treatment plant?

A: Detailed installation instruction book will be sent with equipment, Technical engineer can be sent if needed.

6. Q: How to keep it from corrosion?

A: The equipment applies famous brand paint (like SigmaCoatings, PainBow), and with process with strictly standards.
