QK-HG Traveling bridge clarifier is applied for removing setting solids and floating matters in square clarifier tank. The sludge at the bottom will be scraped to the pump suction port. Combined with siphon and pump suction, the sludge will be removed while walking.

QK-HG Traveling bridge clarifier is applied for removing setting solids and floating matters in square clarifier tank. The sludge at the bottom will be scraped to the pump suction port. Combined with siphon and pump suction, the sludge will be removed while walking.
Working Principle:
QK-HG Traveling bridge clarifier move from one side of tank to the other side with two driving trolley, sucking while moving, when reach to end, back moving and sucking.
The suspension enters from beginning of rectangular clarifier and spreads to the tank; the particles weight than water will be settled down on bottom, and is sucked into the pipe by the suction nozzle then pumped to sludge thickening tank.
Electric supply line and control line can be customized as slide wire or cable.
