Working Principle

SBR treatment plant is a variant of the activated sludge process. Its reaction and the removal mechanism of pollutants are basically the same as traditional activated sludge process, but the operation is different. The operation mode is: influent-aeration tank-clarifiers-discharge- sludge disposal; The 5 procedures are carried out in a reactor equipped with an aeration and agitation device in one cycle. This operation is repeated every week to achieve the purpose of continuous sewage treatment, eliminating the secondary sedimentation tank and sludge return system.

Features

In most cases (including industrial wastewater treatment), SBR treatment plant, there is no need to set up a regulating tank; the SVI value is low, the sludge is easy to precipitate, and in general, no sludge expansion occurs; by adjusting the operation mode, The denitrification and dephosphorization reactions can be carried out in a solo aeration tank; the use of self-control instruments such as electric valves, liquid level gauges, automatic timers and programmable controllers may make the process fully automated, controlled by the central control room; The treated water quality is better than the continuous type; when aeration tank deeper, compared with other methods of the same BOD-SS load, the foot print is small; the impact load is strong, and the ability to treat toxic or high-concentration organic wastewater is strong.
