QK-BK automatic filter press, also refer it as "membrane filter plate", is one of the most efficiency solid/water separators for the dewatering needs of various of industrials as: mining, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, medicine, textile, printing dyeing, paper making and wastewater treatment plants.

● Up to 99% of solids recovery;
● Moisture left ranges from 15% to 20%;
● 90% of the filtrate removed by back washing.
How it works?
QK-BK automatic filter press composes of many plates and frames assembled alternately with the supports of a pair of rails. A centrifuge pump is installed to deliver the solids into each separating chambers, and make sure the suspended solids do not settle down. For each of separating chambers, there is a filter frame separated from two filter plates by cloths. The feeding sludge flows though inlet port to each chamber, and filter cakes accumulated in each frame and separated at the filter plates by pulling the plate and frame filter press apart. The cakes fall down for further disposal. The water content of final cake is from 80%~60%.
